Six year ago, Todd Fryer helped us purchase our condo, and last month he sold it within the first week of listing. Todd secured us an offer for our asking price, which he then helped us close within the month. Even though we were in the midst of a global pandemic, and the condo was out of our local region, Todd made the whole process remarkably easy for us. Todd has repeatedly shown us he is knowledgeable, capable, reliable, dependable and available to respond to our needs ... all the 'ables' we could ever want in a Realtor. As a first time property buyer I had no idea what to expect and what questions to ask. We are all moved in and the place is starting to come together nicely. I am surprised by the difference it has made for everyone (I knew the last place was bad, but didn't realize what it was doing to everyone) Samantha now sleeps a lot better, the dog is better behaved, Jamie returns home happy after work and best of all Hunter has been truly happy in a way I haven't seen him be in years, and he loves his new school and is already bring home better marks. Anyways I write you all this so I can say Thank You for helping us find this place!
